Possibly seeing my children again. All I need to do is save up close to four thousand dollars. I have a better chance of success this year than I have in the past decade.
They live in Australia with their mother. She divorced me after I returned to the States to find work, but I didn't fight for custody because frankly Australia is a far better place for kids to be than the US. Better education, guaranteed healthcare and so forth.
I hated it, and I've hated not seeing them or having any contact with them for most of that time. But they recently sought me out online so all is not lost.
The worst part for me is listening to them and learning what they hope and fear, knowing that it's my responsibility to be there to help them through it but all I can do is be a face and voice on the other side of the world.
Heading to the Pacific Northwest for a family camping/hiking/kayaking trip this summer. The wife and I were there for our honeymoon and have always wanted to return to show our kids our favorite spots. They're teenagers and experienced outdoorsmen now, and we're still spry, so I have high hopes.

That is an awesome commitment in time! All great places to see.
For me, it's the simple pleasures; I can't wait for Baseball season to start.
Blue Jays will win it all this time around ;)
I completely agree, but you accidentally misspelled Pirates.
