Japan: It's on my bucket list of places to go and if I ever got the opportunity I'd go in a heartbeat. Mongolia: I've heard amazing stories from people that have been there, and there's a lot of fun treks you can do up there apparently. You can do a lot of horse trekking as well, which seems stellar.

For my third? Either Nepal or Vietnam. Both seem like amazing places to go visit so it's a toss-up for which I prefer.
