The Tesla Model 3 should be around 35k$, which is, I guess, the first step towards us being able to afford a Tesla. Maybe when they get these battery super-factories going, the price is going to get even lower, and one day we'll get a sub-20k$ model. I hope :).
I agree with this, too bad I doubt i'll ever be able to afford one.
