Well, I'm going to the Crawfish Festival in Rosewood on the 7th. Maybe not exciting for some, but I for one cannot wait to get some fried alligator and boiled crawfish! It's so rare to find some good crawfish with just that perfect blend of buttery and salty where I'm at, but I'm confident that I won't be disappointed there.

Grilling season opens! Will try to host a couple of BBQ sessions, make some ribs, burgers and shish kabobs!
Nothing exciting for May -- theater screening of Studio Ghibli: Only Yesterday for the 25th anniversary. (June is much more interesting though.)
Now that the Bolts are going to round 2, I'm gonna go see one of the games.
