Lol you describe it perfectly. The worst is the first time feeling of taking new equipment out in the kayak. Just doing things I've done thousands of times before like changing out lenses has to be done with super care. Make sure everything not in use is in the dry bag. With my old stuff I just don't worry about it as much because I would have loved to have the excuse to buy new equipment.
