I use my bike or a Divvy (Chicago's bike share program) to get around town. If it's super raining or snowing out then I'll take the bus or subway. If I'm in a rush I'll take an uber or a cab. I rarely use my car, mainly for huge grocery runs or driving to other cities, but I'll take the train or fly if the weather is bad. My next road trip is coming up soon. I'm looking forward to loading the bike into the car and hitting the road. :)

Saw one of those bike sharing things in Philly last weekend while I was there. Those things are pretty damn awesome.

They're not the fastest bikes out there, but they're great utility bikes for getting from point A to point B without having to worry about your bike or bike parts getting stolen off the rack while you're out at the office/shopping/the game/etc. The yearly subscription cost in Chicago is $75/year. It's a total no-brainer.
