As a cyclist in Europe (no free right turns), when cars at a stop light turn on their right blinker indicating to turn right, but have their cars in the most left of the lane. That way I can't wait at the left side of them to go straight.

Even worse if they are not sure whether to let you go first or not when you wait behind those people. I'm waiting behind you for a reason!
