And when I did it was with the lights off and phone unplugged. Now, anytime I see any creepy little girl with her bangs in front of her face, I have to turn off the movie or change the channel.
Oddly, the Japanese version wasn't nearly as frightening to me. In fact, I found Sadako a sympathetic figure, as opposed to Samara who is just evil incarnate.
