Heroes is getting a reboot. The original series had problems, partially due to writers strike shenanigans in season 2. But I believe that after four seasons, the network should have at least given the creator a TV movie to tie up all the loose ends. Unceremoniously dumping a TV show after one season is sadly commonplace, but that many hours into a story, you kind of expect them to spend an hour and a half properly wrapping it up.
they had webisodes and a novel and a few comics that supplemented the show though I only got hands on the comic because I couldn't view NBC webisodes from the UK at the time (bah).I believe they wrapped up some of the mysteriously disappeared characters (i'm looking at you, Ali Larter!) and capped some of the storylines.
Much like how Buffy, Faith and Angel all are still ongoing Comic series and i believe firefly had a bunch of comics too.
Isn't Heroes getting it's own show again? I thought Heroes went off the rails the last season or two. I would have been happier with less.
