    Better:
    - The default/official tribes seem to contain higher-quality content and look like tribes I'd actually like to stay subscribed to, unlike default reddit subs.
    - The design, which I found slightly off-putting at first but I'm quickly learning to love.
    - Stricter rules. I'm all for voicing opinions but stuff like /r/fatpeoplehate is (majorly) crossing the line in my opinion.

    Worse:
    - Lack of unlimited subscriptions, which hampers activity.
    - Significantly smaller userbase, leading to few equivalents of the smaller reddit subs and lack of activity in many. Hopefully that will change with time.
    - A few quirks such as seemingly no way of accessing a complete list of activity aside from the notifications area. I'd prefer a dedicated page to view my snaps and comments.

To me the smaller user base makes the site seem more approachable. It's kind of nice to be here in the early stages of the site

I agree, I'm really enjoying the site so far. I really didn't intend to leave reddit behind and I still do check the smaller subs, but I've spent at least five times the amount of time on Snapzu than on reddit ever since I found this place.

See my comment below on how to see your own activity on the site. You can also just go to your profile where there are a bunch of links next to your avatar which let you see your snaps, followers, subscribed tribes, ect..

Ah, that works pretty well, then, and I like that I can filter it by specific types. Thanks! Now if only I could find a way to search for text posts and within specific tribes, I'd be set.

Since you seem to know your way around the site, do you happen to know how to change the tribes featured in the shortcut bar at the top of the page? I know I read directions on how to do this, but since I can't figure out how to search for a text post I can't find my way back to them.

There have been many posts requesting the ability to customize that top bar, which is currently not customizable. From the responses by the Snapzu admins/devs, it's on their radar, but I'm not sure of any timetable.

You should follow the /t/blog tribe to get updates on coming changes, their last one covers improvments to the snap overview among other things.

Ah, I must have misunderstood when I thought someone explained how to customize it. Thanks for the information!
