Okay, since most people have thrown out the couple I'd recommend off the back, I'll toss out a couple of throwbacks:
The Adventures of Pete and Pete: A kids' show, yeah, but a sweet one with wacky shenanigans and fuzzy moments all round.
Malcolm in the Middle. I used to obsessively watch this. I really don't have much to say about it, but it was strangely compelling when I was a younger me. Same for Sabrina the Teenaged Witch (the live version one).

Haha, I remember Pete and Pete! What a bizarre show, but I do remember liking it.
