What is your favorite Asian food dish?

What dish is your typical go-to when you're craving some Asian food?

Mine would have to be either Gyoza or Chicken Katsu. I could eat both of those dishes every day.

I love many types of asian cuisines but for some reason I always find myself craving the Thai coconut curry with chicken on rice. That and those delicious lettuce wraps with extra basil.

Oh yea, I love lettuce wraps. Have you ever made them yourself? Coconut curry chicken is amazing as well!

My favorite as well! I have many different recipes for it, but no matter how hard I try, I can never get mine to taste like it does at Thai restaurants. Does anyone have any advice?

Those are exactly my two favourite Thai food dishes. I think I've met a kindred spirit here on Snapzu ;)

Bulgogi, a Korean dish that my friend introduced me to. It's beef that has been marinated with a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, pepper, and other ingredients such as scallions, ginger, onions or mushrooms. It can also have onions and green peppers in it. Sometimes it's served with cellophane noodles but my friend likes to have it with rice instead. I love this stuff and beg her to make it every time we have a get together.

I just had Bulgogi the other day. I love that stuff, but I've never actually made it myself before. I should definitely give it a go soon.

It isn't really a dish but crab rangoon. They always remind me of home and anytime I eat asian food from home or a restaurant I always end up having some. Granted I've only found one place that comes close to the ones from back home and that was in a tiny town in Montana.

I just learned how to make Ma Po Tofu a few weeks ago and have been having a lot of making it! A lot of the ingredients (chili bean sauces and fermented black beans) last quite awhile, so it's easy to have them on hand in your pantry.
