I'm using yaourt, but only because I'm used to it - it was the first I used when I switched to Arch. I've heard good things about pacaur though, and been thinking of trying it out.
Ya, most people start out with yaourt. It is a decent AUR helper and definitely does the job.
I still have it installed as a backup helper in case I ever need it.
