Really similar to Gakusen Toshi Asterisk's first ep.; nothing outside of the typical romcom school battle formula, though hopefully the duels can continue to be as entertaining as this one. It'd be nice to see some exposition into Ikki's past regarding his struggles instead of a Mahouka-esque "he has no talents but he worked really hard, and we're not going to show you any of the supposed 'hard work' he put in".
