This is not about youtube. It's about polarization. We've gotten to a point where there are two factions at the extremes of the political spectrum, and they will automatically take anything the other side says as absurd and outrageous, without bothering to listen.
The point is, as long as people don't listen to each other, nothing is going to be solved. You're just going to let the billionaires cash in until the country starts going to hell, and then they'll leave and let you destroy yourselves. As much as you hate to hear the opposing points of view, the reality is that there is some truth in both positions, and dialogue and acceptance are the only way to turn this process around. Trust me, I've seen this before, and I've read a lot about it since I had to flee my home country because of it. It happens the same way almost everywhere.
