She is wrong about one thing. Not all users are the same. The users that got pissed off are also the users that were active on Reddit. Most users don't care because they never cared, they upvote cat pictures, they make the occasional Yo Mama joke, and some may even talk about broken arms every time someones talks about mothers and sons, but those are not the users that keep Reddit alive.
This will not kill Reddit yet, but if the admins don't stop, think and learn something from this they will kill it.
She certainly isn't wrong. But I think it has spurred many users to leave because of it all.
