Where does the free cash come from? Certainly not from those wealthy enough to have pet legislators, so you can take the top 1% (to maybe 5-10%) out of it.
So you either print even more money than currently, or you redistribute the wealth from people who have a comfortable life downwards, and everyone is subsistence level.
No shit...the very billionaires whose businesses they own saying the government needs to take care of it pay NOTHING to do that.
