This is how I've been making Old Fashioned for years now. It's so simple yet so tasty, and has made friends of mine appreciate the drink when they claimed not to like it.
(Side note: is commenting on my own snap the right thing to do here? Putting my own commentary in the description didn't seem right, but I haven't yet figured out the local customs and don't want to step on any toes.)
