I find it difficult to image not spending most of my time living reminiscing about the good old times with an ability like that. I wonder how vivid those memories really are, because if the experience is nothing short of something like a lucid dream then I would personally consider it more of a curse than a gift, especially when considering all of the bad / terrifying memories we are designed to forget.
