As it should be...So my question is what happens to all the vacant office buildings?
Looking at my own country: they will stay vacant for years, then torn down and replaced with expensive apartment complexes that drive out even more inhabitants. But they will never-ever turn those empty office buildings into affordable housing, because profit. And most politicians have an ever growing hate for poor people, since they do not accumulate enoug taxes and do not give carreer options for the politicians. Actually, most major societal problems are caused by politicians, but that's a sidenote.
