No reason for me to think about getting one since I've not used Windows for 13 years.
I can't help but think that Microsoft has an IQ ceiling for programmers. The only applications that ever hang on my computer are Microsoft's, and I can't remember a time when their software design choices made sense. The only surprising thing is that they're still in business.
I'd be interested to try this new OS on my Chromebook. There were computers with equivalent prices to the cheaper Chromebooks announced with articles about them on the same site as this article which I found kinda funny given the tone of this one. With the seemingly never ending wait for the Play Store on my Acer I'd like to see what Microsoft have to offer.
