I went into the article that it was just creating fear just to create fear. Something along the lines of "Oh no, superhumans, we're all gunna die!" type of thing. But I left agreeing with them. Editing the human genome has broad implications. The scientists aren't calling to stop research. They are saying we should ensure the safety before we start using it. I'm willing to wait a little longer for us to start creating our own Captain Americas.
