Until they put in place actual laws, this is probably going to happen more and more often, you cannot fly a surveillance device over my property, I do not allow trespassers and a camera is a trespass.
According to the article, no camera was on board and it was not over the neighbor's property.
I'm just surprised it took this long.
Sounds like this guy already has a history with this asshole with a gun.
That sounds like exactly something my neighbors would do.
