I don’t like being force-fed Windows 10

The nagware announcements are gone, but Microsoft, along with AMD and Intel, has made darn sure you’ll be running Windows 10 and not Windows 7 on the next PC you buy.

    This just makes me glad that I’m a desktop Linux user. Linux, you see, will support the newest chips. Chromebook users can also look forward to running the fastest chips. Windows 7 and 8.1 users? Not so much.

    I'm glad to read this..As a fellow Linux user,the thought of any computer I get being a brick unless it runs Windows is quite disturbing..
