Swiss banking giant Credit Suisse pleaded guilty to a criminal charge that it helped wealthy Americans dodge income taxes for decades, a plea federal officials said bolstered their efforts to show that no financial firm was too big to prosecute.

I mean; if by get away with it, you mean they are paying a large fine?
It's hilarious how Credit Swiss gets to plead guilty to aiding tax evasion, a U.S. felony, then shelter the US tax evaders under Swiss law.

The US is really flexing its muscles here. $1.8 Billion from a company that isn't under US law, for breaking US law.
I suppose it beats being invaded, but still.
After a few small fines, it's business as usual, obviously.
Crime pays if you steal enough.
