Pretty sure SCOTUS ruled on this subject. He doesn't have to turn over anything until he's out of office.
Isn't SCOTUS federal? Doesn't apply to New York courts.
Decision supersedes local courts. Boiled down, he doesn't have to provide anything of the sort until after he's out of office. This was filed in the expectation he would have to respond on the 20th of January. Still TBD.
And if he refuses, he's arrested.
