I don't see anything good coming out of this, because the numbers are easy to manipulate. If anyone making less than 100k doing work for your company, then a 10 million dollar salary is only 1000x the starting pay. But only because 99% of the staff are now temps or interns or contract workers. None of which is good for the workers who now have no permanent job, just a set of temporary gigs that provide no security, no benefits, and no hope for moving up any ladder.
