Last week, Apple officially released watchOS 7 for Apple Watch Series 3 and later, offering a variety of beautiful watch interfaces and some new health monitoring features. I can attest to this. I have the Series 5 and my wife has the 3. It is horrible on her watch. Consistent reboots, frozen Apple logo!
