    Maintenance is not addressed in particular. During the first year(s) probably not a major consideration. Budgeting for maintenance however needs to take place. Renters, in general, are notorious for abuse to properties, the normal expected life of any fixture, furniture, or anything provided will be far less than half normal. Unless one can find the dependable/honest handyman or service, this cost will be reflected not only directly but in inconveniences to renters, thus reduced income, a la, rent refunds/adjustments, bad reviews/referrals
