HBO CEO doesn’t get why ISPs like Comcast won’t embrace HBO Now

Comcast and the other companies like it will either die a slow death in which we consumers have to weather the death throes, or someone will drag them kicking and screaming into the modern age. Either way, until they learn to treat their customers as more than numbers on a spreadsheet, it won't be a pleasant experience for anyone.
