Harper: Jihadists Have Declared War On Those Who Don't Share Their Views
A terrorist attack against a newspaper in Paris was an assault on democracy, Prime Minister Stephen Harper said Thursday, as he warned that jihadists are at war with anyone who values openness and tolerance. Harper was speaking publicly for the first time since gunmen stormed the offices of the satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo on Wednesday, killing 12 people and setting off a massive hunt for suspects.
