I'm not a fan of Hillary and despise Donald Trump, but I don't think this is entirely accurate. Shes saying people should not be happy with what Trump said - I don't think she was saying that because we have free speech, this guy went killing people.
I don't know what she was asked before saying what she was quoted as saying in the article, but it doesn't really seem to relate to the shooting.
