Hi /u/pauldalgo and welcome to snapzu! I have read your initial post about amazon and how they banished you and had some of those same reactions that others had when you described your relationship with the online juggernaut and its sellers.

There’s been some noise in the comments about my hurting third-party sellers by returning their merchandise. If it helps, and whatever if it doesn’t, the only third-party devices I returned were those that were damaged on receipt or simply the wrong item. Two HTC One M8’s in a row arrived damaged, and the third was the wrong color.

I wouldn't consider this "noise" but legitimate concerns for the livelihoods of the many people on Amazon that use the service to make a living. Can you imagine if everyone felt it was alright to just test drive devices and then send them back on someones else's dime? Now I know, you made a clarification and now mentioned that you returned items for good reason, but even with that said those concerns aren't noise.

Either way, while I may not agree with some of the things you said I did find your post interesting and it seriously reminded me just how good we have it and how truly spoiled we are.
