Google collects Android users' locations even when location services are disabled
Android phones are tracking your location even if you actively turn off location services, haven't used any apps, and haven't even inserted a carrier SIM card.

I guess it's a reminder to me, personally, that if you're not paying you're the product?
Which is not a double implication, you can be paying and still be the product. In fact you most likely are the product no matter what.
Yup,cause they can double dip all they want.
