very much so. I was diagonally across the street from this the night before.
That must have been awful.
it really was. And I was out on the town the night of. Wasn't that far at the time but far enough :(
You would figure in these busy areas they would shut down the streets and make alternate routes. Especially during such a large event.
the road that the guy turned on to was closed.
