Yep, different links will work. Best thing to do is to quickly do a search on the subject to see if its been posted.
I guess but that's not really efficient. It's probably better to have a more comprehensive submission filter.
also maybe my link is better. just because someone is first doesn't mean that it's the most in-depth source. I like how you all have the related articles, though.
