WWE Rumors: WWE Bringing Back Retired Title Belt — Tournament To Crown New Champion
It looks as if WWE is going to give a lot more attention to smaller wrestlers and could bring back a retired title and start a brand new series.

I have seen/read this rumor a lot since they launched the network, talk of a cruiserweight show, and while I'd be all for it, I just don't see it happening. Vince doesn't really like the smaller guys and if they had their own show, who would run it? Triple H does NXT, and don't see anybody in WWE management running a proper cruiser division.
