I don't think having them off the main show is the way to go. They need to have a Queen of the Ring type tourney, let the NXT girls have full matches on RAW, Build them up and the winner fights Paige at SummerSlam. Also make Natty technical monster during it, having destroy girls til she gets kicked out. Heel Natalya would be a good thing.
The Thing is I don't know if they can do both a successful womens division and tag division on the main show while keeping the focus on singles competition. As it stands, putting both womens wrestling and Tag Wrestling on the main show gives to little air time to both.
Having their own show gives Diva's a chance to have just as many interesting story lines going on.
