I personally recommend that you use Arch Linux over Manjaro when that time comes. While Manjaro is a derivative of Arch, it does not adhere to Arch's philosophy and its developers have done a lot of downright questionable things in the past.
If you don't want to deal with manually setting up your OS, but still want an Arch derivative then I do recommend Antegros which comes with a very nice installer. It is essentially 100% Arch Linux, but without the setup hassle involved and includes one extra repository which can be removed.

Besides that, i like eOS as well. Two totally different target groups if you ask me.
I'm using Linux Mint Xfce. I'm considering Fedora though.
