I like KDE but it's always seemed pretty heavy on my resources, perhaps due to always using it on an older laptop so maybe when distro's up to this I can give it a go on the desktop. If you have computer illiterate people in your world that hate Win10, maybe let them try this but hammer home they should not buy any software at the store or online.
