Additionally, whois information on raymond.cc (https://who.godaddy.com) says it's registered to "Raymond Y". Now, that could be a fake name and his last initial not be "Y", but if it is his real name then his last name couldn't be "Hill".

I was curious about it myself initially, but I couldn't find anything linking the two together besides having the same first name.
Raymond Hill is in Québec, Canada while this Raymond appears to be in Houston, Texas according to his contact information.
