Seriously. I can spot someone who is texting and driving from far away. Usually they're swerving out of their lane constantly. Or not going when the traffic is moving. Or my favorite, going really slow on the fast lane. It's even worse than someone who's drunk.
When I see one I typically hit the horn really hard as I pass them. It usually scares the crap out of them.
