This was done before, a film called "Man In The Wilderness" starring Richard Harris back in about 1970 give or take a year. Same Hugh Glass story.
Leo, Tom, and Dohmnall (the first time I've seen his name written out)?! This is going to be epic. I just read up on Hugh Glass and damn that guy was a badass. He trekked 200 miles with a broken leg and ribs exposed from a bear mauling and wounds festering. No weapons.
Looking forward to seeing Leo's portrayal of this man. Knowing Leo, we won't be disappointed.
It really is an incredible story. Plus all of them are behind Iñárritu so I have high hopes that this will turn out really well.
This truly looks beautiful. I want to read more about the real person that the movie is based on, but I dont want to spoiled the movie. Really looking forward to this one.
