Twitter and Square CEO Jack Dorsey believes that you don't have to work long hours in order to be successful. "I would rather optimize for making every hour meaningful — or every minute meaningful — than I would maximizing the number of hours or minutes I'm working on a thing," the billionaire said on a recent episode of "The Boardroom: Out of Office Podcast."
