No way. It's just cheaper to buy people in congress to change the laws before anything can happen to them.
If only they didn't sell themselves so cheap.
I can already see scammers cold calling old folk about posing as the IRS or a company representing the IRS about the fact that their names came up in the Panama papers and that they need to pay a fine over the phone or risk going to jail and losing everything.
