I've seen this story referenced a few times over the past few days but I'd never visited the site. Without looking into the details more I can't comment on the court case but my first impression is the headlines appear to be written by somewhat angry teenagers.

Hopefully they win the case if they're in the right and aren't forced into bankruptcy whilst doing so.
