War Tax or how to end all wars, once and for all.

First of all, introducing the War Tax: everytime a war breaks in, the companies, which benefit from the war, should pay half of their profits into restoration fund, which simply distributes the collected money and resources among people affected by war. The restoration fund could be managed by Red Cross the only organization I could think of, which has enough credibility at the moment. Again, tax would be witheld from: the banks, military contractors, media, anyone getting governmnet contracts related directly or indirectly to the war(s). If there's no war, for each year of peace, the banks, media, defence contractors, etc, get tax breaks, according to the agreed in the bill schedule. This should become a part of International Law. My bet: we will have 0 wars in no time. How to get there, I don't know, but, publicizing this idea, pressuring your senators into creating this bill and, maybe, crowdsourcing antiwar Congress lobby, may eventually break the ice and make it happen. Let's see if Sanders and Rand Paul would pick this and run with this idea. These are only two, who may jump on it to advance their careers, they have nothing to lose from promoting the War Tax.
