It looks like such a saturated, pigmented colour - did you have to use primer underneath or is that what it looks like on bare skin?
It's a shade from the sephora 2015 color festival blockbuster palette. It was fairly pigmented! I used it over NYX jumbo eye pencil in Milk. That definitely helped it grab on and look very intense. Thanks for the kind words.

Oooh, it's been a while since I pulled out NYX Milk - I tend to use it with my Sugarpill palettes for the same reason. Thank you very much!
