I made it a point to sleep by 11pm over the last two month. What helped me the most was giving myself 60-90 minutes of uninterrupted "me" time before sleeping. I didn't do anything active, most of the time it was watching videos online. I guess I just needed some time to myself.

I wish they had given some examples of products containing "Plant-Derived Chemicals". And the article lists VUAA1 but also says it is "not yet commercially available". That was disappointing.
