Nintendo: Wii U on the Brink of Success, No Plans to Drop the GamePad
The Wii U is on the brink of success, according to Nintendo of America marketing executive Scott Moffitt. Speaking with GamesIndustry International at E3, Moffitt pointed out that the 3DS also got off to a slow start before Nintendo cut the price and released key first-party games like Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land. The Wii U's situation isn't all that different, he said.

I was just over at a buddys house drinking some beers and playing the WiiU... It really does have some fun games nowadays.
What games are good?
We played the exclusives.. Mario Kart 8, Donkey Kong and Mario. DK is so much harder compared to when it was on the SNES. Mario Kart is the same just better graphics and more customizibility.
Good for nintendo, I've always been saying that they need to focus on their own franchises to be the best they could be. Nintendo always seems to have slow starts due to awkward launch times and small launch collections.
